Rombauer Wine Dinner November 10th

Rombauer Vineyards will be hosting a wine dinner with Chef Victor on November 10th. The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30pm, followed by a four-course meal. Rombauer wines will be paired with each course, and the menu will feature seasonal ingredients from Rombauer's farm in the Napa Valley. Rombauer Vineyards was founded in 1980 by Koerner Rombauer and his wife, Joan. Rombauer is best known for its Chardonnay, which has earned a reputation as one of the Appellation's benchmark wines. Rombauer's Carneros Chardonnay is fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and barrels, resulting in a well-balanced wine with subtle oak flavor. The Rombauer Wine Dinner on November 10th will feature a four-course meal paired with Rombauer's California Chardonnay, Carneros Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
